This Site is operated by Tony Kerchhoff, based in London, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the data controller for any personal information collected through this Site.   • Case study access requests: if you request access to a password-protected case study, I additionally collect which case study or case studies you have requested, so I can respond appropriately.

  • Technical and log data: this Site is hosted on Framer, which may automatically collect standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and general usage data) as part of providing the hosting service. This is governed by Framer's own privacy policy, available at framer.com.

  • Access control: this site makes use of FrameAuth, which may automatically collect standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and general usage data) or use cookies as part of providing the service. This is governed by FrameAuth's own privacy policy, available at frameauth.com.

I do not knowingly collect any special category data (such as health information), and this Site is not designed to collect information from children.

  1. How I use this information

I use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry or message;

  • grant and manage access to password-protected case studies;

  • keep a record of enquiries and interest in my work, to help me follow up appropriately.

  1. Where this information is stored

Information submitted through the contact form may be sent to my personal email address and, where a record is kept, logged in a private Google Sheet for my own reference. Both Gmail and Google Sheets are provided by Google, and your information may therefore be processed on Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.

I do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

  1. Legal basis for processing

I process your personal information on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, my interest in responding to enquiries and managing professional opportunities — and, where applicable, on the basis that you have consented to providing it by submitting a form.

  1. How long I keep your information

I keep information submitted through the contact form for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of professional contact, or until you ask me to delete it.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you;

  • ask me to correct any information that is inaccurate;

  • ask me to delete your personal information;

  • object to, or ask me to restrict, how I use your information.
